I've been slack again! I saw Iron Man 2 and Hot Tub Time Machine on the 8th of May and didn't get round to reviewing them and then was ill so didn't have the energy or inclination to do so! Bottom line is that Iron Man 2 was not bad, although not as good as the first, and HTTM was very funny!

I saw Sex And The City 2 on Friday. What a disappointment that was! Carrie and co are basically caricatures of their former selves and the whole thing was silly nonsense. I loved the series and the first film - which I have on DVD - but this was not great at all. I didn't hate it so much that I wanted to leave part way through as one of my friends admitted after but it really wasn't something I'd watch again.

The Losers was another disappointment. It looked like silly trigger-happy fun but was quite slow despite only running for 98 minutes. The trailer looked pretty good but it turns out that the trailer was pretty much all the good bits so all that was left was loads of filler.

Not a good cinema weekend all in all. Let's hope for a better one next weekend! I'm going to try to see She's Out Of My League which looks quite funny, I hope it is!!!
