I saw the Apes film a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it. Starring James Franco and Freida Pinto it's the first of the Apes films I've seen and it well worth a watch. I believe the Ape is played by Andy Serkis with the aid of some computer jiggery-pokery.
Jane Eyre is another adaptation of the classic novel by Charlotte Bronte this time starring Mia Wasikowska (she playes Alice in Tim Burton's Wonderland film) as Jane and Michael Fassbender as Mr Rochester. Both are excellent and it was very enjoyable if a little bleak at times. Still probably not as good as the BBC adaptation years ago starring Timothy Dalton as Rochester though.
Friends with Benefits it one of those films that you see the trailer for and you know pretty much it'll do what it says on the tin! It's a rom-com starring Mila Kunis as a head-hunter and Justin Timberlake as the man she recruits to move to NYC and work for GQ magazine. They become friends and the benefits in the title follow, along with the complications you'd expect. Still, an enjoyable film if a little predictable!
