Besides the two films above I did see Thor again but this time with my husband - it was still fab!
Attack the Block is about some kids on a council estate in south London who encounter a strange beast that falls from the sky and end up killing it. There are then many more of these creatures seemingly hunting this group so they have to defend themselves and the block. Not really my cup of tea but reasonably entertaining.
The Hangover Part 2 is the inevitable sequel to the first successful film which stars the original cast this time in Thailand instead of Las Vegas. It's much like most of these sequels in that it isn't a patch on the first although I managed to sit through it without wanting to leave but didn't love it. It has it's funny moments but was more crude than the first and much more ridiculous. I won't be adding it to our DVD collection!

Something Borrowed
I really liked this film starring Ginnifer Goodwin and Kate Hudson along with that bloke that's married to Emily Blunt and a handsome man that looks a bit like Tom Cruise! Does just what you'd imagine from the trailer about a woman (Goodwin) who has a crush on the handsome man throughout law school and he falls in love with her best friend (Hudson). She only confesses her crush to him a few weeks/months before he's due to marry her friend and they have a little fling. It goes a bit around the houses to get to the happy ending (inevitably) but is an enjoyable and funny ride. There is also a bit in the credits that hints at a sequel which slightly confused my friend and I until we'd Googled it!!

Cedar Rapids and Water for Elephants
Cedar Rapids stars Ed Helms as a dorky insurance salesman who lives in a small town doing reasonably well at his job but is not really a go-getter. Until the top salesman at the company dies and he gets sent to a conference and is tasked with winning the prestigious '2 Diamond' award. Here he meets some characters who involve him in all sorts of shenanigans including drinking!! Also starring Sigourney Weaver, John C. Reilly and Anne Heche this is a funny film!
Water for Elephants is a film about a young man who joins the circus after his parents die. The man is played by Robert Pattinson and the love interest is Reece Witherspoon and her husband, the circus owner, is played by Christoph Waltz in another nasty role. It's a good film with a beautiful elephant in it but had some unpleasant scenes for anyone who likes animals. Waltz plays these nasty roles so well it's hard to relax as you're waiting to see what horrible thing he'll do next!
